  • Fruit reaches maturity in February (varying depending on weather and location) and holds on the tree until May.

  • Tree size: Medium to large.
  • Very productive: 100-150 kg/tree.
  • Canopy shape: spherical, resembling an orange tree rather than a mandarin tree – 2.6 to 3 m tall.
  • Vigorous with spines (0.4 cm).
  • Tendency to bear fruit inside the canopy.
  • Bears individual fruits.
  • Tendency to moderate alternate bearing in absence of the appropriate cultural practices.
  • Flowering in April.
  • Performs well on the following rootstocks: Carrizo, C35, Ponfirus Trifoliata, Cleopatra, Volkameriana, “Schaub” rough lemon.
